Macadamia nuts are considered to be one of the most exclusive nuts, both because of the complexity of their cultivation and above all because of their processing. Nevertheless, according to some studies, these are the healthiest nuts ever. They contain a high proportion of healthy monounsaturated fats, which, among other things, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. Macadamia nuts have a positive effect on the strength of bones, joints and teeth, support the immune system, digestion and even help in the treatment of skin diseases. This is also the reason why these nuts have found their permanent place not only in the food but also in the cosmetics industry, where they are used to make high-quality macadamia oil. It is used in the treatment of scars, stretch marks and also helps to restore damaged cells.
Macadamia nuts are an excellent source of vitamin E, iron, calcium, phosphorus and potassium.
