Returns Policy

Mia’s Honey want you to be entirely happy with the goods you receive. If dissatisfied with an item, please return with a note clearly stating the problem.

Returned items must be received within 14 days of purchase, in perfect condition. Mia’s Honey reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is in anything less than perfect condition. Please obtain a certificate of posting if returning items and send to:

The cost of the item will be refunded to the customer via mutually agreed method. Mia’s Honey are unable to refund postage, unless the item received proves to have a production or quality fault.
