The queen gets the bee equivalent of mother’s milk all its life – royal jelly. This diet is rich in minerals and vitamins, allowing the queen to withstand its demanding role as head of the hive. We added 3% to this honey. The RDA for adults is 2 tsp. Not recommended for children or pregnant/breastfeeding women.
