We have supplemented the collection of our exceptional honey with a sea buckthorn variant. If you don’t know sea buckthorn, it is a beautiful woody plant with vivid orange berries. It is known as the “Siberian miracle” in Russia or the “lemon tree of the north”. We added 5% of this beneficial plant to honey, so the RDA for adults is only half to 1 tsp, and half that for children over 3. Not recommended for younger children.
