Honey Cubes with Coconut
370 g powdered sugar
3 big spoons of honey to your own taste
1 dcl milk
370 g plain flour
1/2 teaspoons of gigngerbread powder
1/2 teaspoons of soda
250 g sugar
4 spoons of milk
100 g chocolate
180 g butter
100-120 g coconut shavings for coating
Eggs, sugar and honey go to the bowl and are whipped into a foam.
Then, mix flower with powder and soda, and work it slowly into the foam along with milk.
Spread the mixture onto a baking paper in a tray and bake on mid-heat for roughly 20-25 minutes until golden or mid-brown.
Slowly simmer Sugar, milk butter and chocolate in a water bath configuration. Note the smaller pot is floating inside a bigger one.
Pieces are dipped into the glazing mixture.
Let the excess glazing drip off.
Coat in coconut shavings.
Let the cubes rest for a short while and serve.
